12-16-04: Yesterday, 12/15, NWS hi=25@1501{farm=21.4@1500}, lo=13@0754(farm=8.5@0800}. 92% of possible sunshine for a glorious but cold day; no clouds & a blue sky throughout; another clear, cold nite aheadle

12-17-04: Yesterday, 12/16, NWS hi=35@1503{farm=33.1@1500}, lo=17@0702{farm=10.5@0800}. 90% of possible sunshine; very pleasant afternoon with blue, cloudless sky and no wind; morning slow to warm up.

12-18-04: Yesterday, 12/17, NWS hi=37@1031{farm=35.6@0600}, lo=19@2400{farm=15.8@2200}. 54% of possible sunshine; a windy, cold day; note the time of the hi temp; 'high' coming in with more cold temperatures.

12-19-04: Yesterday, 12/18, NWS hi=34@1553{farm=30.5@1600}, lo=9@0604{farm=9.0@0600}. 82% of possible sunshine; rather windy- a cold day in the open; clouds came in during mid-afternoon; 'low' on the way.

12-20-04: Yesterday, 12/19, NWS hi=38@1420{farm=35.1@1400}, lo=12@2400{farm=8.3@2400}. Only 6% of poss.sunshine, all early morning; snow squall 1400-1430= 1"; cold night ahead as a 'high' settles over us.

12-21-04: Yesterday, 12/20, NWS hi=12@1203{farm=8.3@0100), lo=minus5@0921{farm=minus 9.8@0900} 78% of possible sunshine (PPS), but more at the farm; wind added to the cold temps; gorgeous day looking out!

12-22-04: Yesterday, 12/20, NWShi=23@1747{farm=15.5@1600},lo=minus1@0551{farm=minus4.6@0500}.  44% of possible sunshine; in addition to higher temps, there was little wind so much less cold than yesterday.

12-23-04: Yesterday, 12/22, NWS hi=39@2229{farm=28.7@1600}, lo=10@0331{farm=6.9@0100}. 14% of possible sunshine per NWS but totally overcast at farm; note big hi temp differential  between NWS and farm.

12-24-04: Yesterday, 12/23, NWS hi=57@1611{farm=54.7@1600}, lo=30@2400{farm=23.2@0100}. No sun; record rainfall for the date= 0.85" at NWS site near Albany; farm= 0.70"; very high winds in afternoon post rain.

12-26-04:P Yesterday, 12/25,  NWS hi= 23{farm=19.9@1200}, lo=13{farm=10.7@2100}. 53% of possible sunshine (PPS);  cold day but no wind.

12-27-04: Yesterday, 12/26, NWS hi=22@1330{farm=20.7@1300}, lo=16@0733{farm=13.1@0100}. No sunshine; light snow began mid-afternoon, with 2" by 1700.

12-28-04: Yesterday, 12/27, NWS hi=19@1257{farm=17.0@0300}, lo=7@2400{farm=1.1@2300}. 51% of poss. sunshine- less at the farm; 5" very lite wt additional snow before dawn; windy, cold day; cld,clr nite ahead.

12-29-04: Yesterday, 12/28, NWS hi=24@2350{farm= 20.0@2400), lo=minus4@0343{farm= minus1.3}. 22%of possible sunshine;  light overcast for the most part; slow to warm up; note time of high temp!

12-30-04: Yesterday, 12/29, NWS hi=35@2355{farm= 32.5@1818}, lo=23@0053(farm=20.1@0448}. No sunshine at all; low visibility with a fog-like atmosphere; once again note time of NWS high temperature.

12-31-04: Yesterday, 12/30, NWS hi=36@1521{farm=33.9@1521 }, lo=21@2148{farm=27.5@0659}. 11% of possible sunshine; a somewhat bright but cloudy day; warm with no wind.

1-1-05: HAPPY NEW YEAR! Yesterday, 12/31/04, NWS hi=47@2233{farm= ?}, lo=33@0029{farm= ?}. 2% of  possible sunshine but none at the farm; light rain in the morning; very warm and windless day. Looking forward to the new year

1-2-05: Yesterday, 1/1, NWS hi=48@0535( farm= ??}, lo=30@2400{farm= ??}. 16% of possible sunshine; note times of hi and lo temps; warm morning, but you could feel the dropping temp all afternoon.

1-3-05: Yesterday, 1/2, NWS hi=38@2400{farm=32.0@1935}, lo=21@0738{farm=18.3@0726}. 27% of posbl sunshine;  heavy clouds came in 1400, with rain soon after; rising temp prevented icing; note time of hi temp.

1-4-05: Yesterday, 1/3, NWS hi=44@1431{farm=40.6@1205}, lo=37@2400{farm=34.5@0649}. No sunshine; overcast and warm; no wind; rain before dawn= 0.23"; snow all gone- green grass and mud just like spring!

1-5-05: Yesterday, 1/4, NWS hi=41@1325{farm=36.8@1139}, lo=33@2155{farm=33.9@0806}. 2% of posble sunshine; another dark day; very damp and miserable; when will it end?; not for a while, unfortunately.

1-6-05: Yesterday, 1/5, NWS hi=34@0654{farm= ?}, lo=21@2400{farm= ?}. No sunshine, again (!); one hour of fine snow beginning 0830; cold, damp day; some wind, esp. during snow and E.

1-7-05: Yesterday, 1/6, NWS hi=33@2400{farm=31.1@2200}, lo=18@0859{farm=16.2@0700}. No sunshine; snow until 1100= 5-6"; sleet after that until 1500; no freezing rain; temperature rose steadily all day.
