NWS measured 1.30" of liquid equivalent precip. for a new record for the date. Here at "the farm" I had 1.34".

12-19-07: Yesterday, 12/18, NWS hi=29@1505{farm=28.6@1500}, lo=2@0354{farm=9.0@2400}. PPS not available; very unusual for NWS to be colder than the farm, esp. by so much; mostly sunny; pleasant afternoon.

12-22-07: Soltice today at 0108 EST. Sunrise=0723, sunset=1625. Yesterday, 12/21, NWS hi=31@1729 {farm=29.4@1600}, lo=23@0650{farm=21.4@0600}. No sunshine; warm but dark day; again, not pleasant.
