freezing rain until 1600; little accumulation of both precips; windy;
nasty day!

somewhat windy. On 2/2 the NWS normal average daily temp rises from its
lowest of 22 to 23.

Another gray, warm day; little wind.

about 0200; strong wind gusts and rising temp 0200-0330; rain until
1000. Total liquid precipitation = 0.58".

rain beginning before midnight & continuing until 0800 = 0.75";
freezing rain & sleet after 2000 into the night.

Yesterday, 2/7, NWS hi=33@1454{farm=30.3@1300},
lo=24@2400{farm=20.9@2400}. The sleet & freezing rain ended
before dawn; then snow showers 0800-1200; total H2O precip=0.67" [NWS
had 1.21" for new record for the date.]; temp below freezing all
day; slow clearing in afternoon with full sunshine at the end.

Gray day; some wind; no melting of the ice on the trees, etc.
2-10-08: Yesterday, 2/9, NWS hi=35@2400{farm=31.7@2200}, lo=26@0013{farm=23.2@0700}.
Snow 0800 to 1000; wind from the east; more snow at night; total in the morning of the 10th = 2-3".
2-11-08:Yesterday,
2/10, NWS hi=36@1325{farm=33.0@1400}, lo=9@2400{farm=5.4@2400}. Snow
squalls in morning & again in afternoon, when very heavy; very
strong afternoon winds continued into the night.
2-12-08:

lo=9@0739{farm=4.7@0600}. Clear, sunny & very windy. COLD day with
blowing snow. Right now normal avg temp=24 vs.10.5 avg at the farm for
day
